Biometric Data will be Collected and Cataloged for National Security, as a joint Program of the D.H.S., as well as N.A.R.A., for Domestic Annimals, and the U.S.D.A., for Livestock, in Collection, with Life & Use Data; Non Profit National Security Disease & Welfare / Health Use only!
Regulatory Utilization, Prevails to Research / Academia / Industry; Sole Individual Owner Consent, for Diversionary Use. This Program Suppourts Animal Welfare, Disease Control, Industry Regulation, and BioTechnology Measures Standardizations.
